There are three ways the Parenting Services of Chapel Hill do not provide the services that they purport to provide to clients in my experience, which stem from the lack of the required training and education of the employees of the company, and most specifically its President, Bonnie Ferrell. 1) The President of the company, Bonnie Ferrell, does not have the requisite education to be a parenting coordinator by North Carolina General Statutes.
