worse company ever! they hire managers that don’t care and don’t know what they doing just lazy! they don’t like to fix anything! roaches really bad in mulberry property! i was without flooring for over 2months after water pipe broke from rust and they didn’t do anything about it if i could leave zero starts i would!!!!!
An excellent management company, and will it your over the years? They've still managed to keep the friendly family atmosphere while remaining professional. An excellent tops in their Field!! Excellent to work for and The best in their business. I would recommend them to anybody you need somewhere in Florida. They're the ones to see For all your management and real estate needs.
I can't hardly get through to anyone, phone makes busy signal. When I do get through, it's always a transfer and hangup. I did right by this company paying my rent on time and also leaving my unit in top shape upon moving out. I got deposit back but I didn't get the overage I paid for rent. It's July now, and I've been out the unit since April.
When I was living under a property managed by them, they left it filthy from the other tenants, the first week no AC at all but rent was paid. They kept my deposit when I moved out over a door but we stayed and cleaned everything else for days. Just go find anywhere else because it's not worth it. Honestly I should have sued when the dude kept coming over and mentioning his other tenants wife 🤮 but I guess boomers aren't held accountable for their actions anymore.
I can never get in touch with the association manager. And today I was told she isn’t in on Fridays. How do I obtain the documents I need? Plus, I would love to pay my annual association dues! 😱
