Scheduling my initial appointment was quick and straightforward. I just had an unheard of experience calling this office that left a terrible taste in my mouth. I was looking to book an appointment for my partner and so I searched the internet for top providers and reviews in the area and this office came up. I called to book an appointment and right off the bat, the person who answered the phone was not warm. I was light hearted and positive on the phone to be clear. I had such a great experience at Dr. Parent’s office. He is by far the BEST dentist I’ve ever gone to. Very warm and inviting office and rooms. First, I was brought into the consultation room where I was greeted by Dr. Parent and then brought back to one of the exam rooms. I felt very relaxed and at ease the whole time!!
