I had an intake appointment for my son on June 11, I was told during the intake that a therapist would be assigned to him the following week. Nearly a month later, and 2-3 follow-ups later (email and voicemail), he was not assigned a therapist. I have since then found another source during this time. Save your time and money and find a reputable, reliable organization.
They make you feel like you have hope and getting help they post things on Facebook and then it’s too good to be true. It’s a lie the case managers don’t help you with nothing everyone that works there never answers the phone. It’s pretty much like you’re begging and then once when I get to you, you have to find hundreds of papers that you’ve never used before and it’s a struggle just to get some help. It’s not worth it.
Im not any of these people leaving reviews. I have provided way to much information and my children’s information for me not to get assistance. If I continue to be in this situation EVERYONE at community partners will be in this situation. I will report to the state of Tallahassee, Better Business Bureau, Legal Aid, my personal attorney and more! Where do I begin?? This place should be shut down. I’ve been going here for years and this place runs horribly. And have horrible staff. They hung up on me today. I called to make an appointment to get my antibiotic called into the pharmacy, a simple over the phone doctors appointment so I set the appointment up so they called me at my appointment time two hours later and tell me that they gave me the wrong doctor at the doctor I’m seeing only goes over test results on this day so all I said was why did they give me that doc... read more
