My sister and I have been using the serves of PCMS continuously since early 2021 and could not be more pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of the organization and its staff. The company is well organized, responsive and effective in helping families deal with patient care facilities, insurance providers and governmental agencies. The staff is knowledgable, caring and resourceful in providing direct support to not only the patient receiving services but also family members.
My family has been utilizing the services of Carolyn and her team for 3 different family members going back at least 20 years. They are helping with my Mom's care currently.
