Worst customer service every I am currently on hold for 15 min and they don’t even answer please go to a different agency for work and or to find a care giver they are also very cheap.

They suck I've work with them for 8 months and I couldn't get no cases no assistance with help for a case. Parent home care working for them put me in debt I wouldn't give the a star but I wouldn't to write a post. Professionalism bad I've work 8 month had 1 case for 2 months and nothing else after they tell to do the care app no reply, call coordinator no answers. You get help they brush you off or tell they call you back and don't.
