Dr Pardoe is great! She listens to what is going on and doesn't immediately throw a drug at the problem, she looks to figure out the underlying cause. She is patient, kind and just a genuinely nice person. I'd recommend her a hundred times over!
Dr. Pardoe has been fantastic, she is literally responsible for my father being alive. After he went to the ER with symptoms he was sent home. He went to Dr. Pardoe's office, she immediately figured out that he had a stroke. He was rushed to a different hospital and was told if he hadn't come in, he likely wouldn't have made it. My experience with her has been great as well, as someone who worries often and sometimes irrationally, she does a greta job calming me down and has yet to be wrong.
I have been a patient of Dr. Pardoe for over 20 years, I have had to leave her in the past because she was not in the insurance plan that i may have had, or when I moved out of State. But she is the best Primary care provider that I have ever had, she really listens and cares about her patients. When you call and need to speak with her she calls back and the office staff gets her the message right away. I just wish that she had some extended hours as I work 8-5 pm. I have to burn PTO.
VERY DIFFUCULT TO GET AHOLD OF ANYONE. RECEPIONIST VERY RUDE AND SHORT. EVERYTIME I CALL, ALWAYS PUT ON HOLD. HAD BLOODWORK DONE BEFORE CHRISTMAS, AS OF 1-11-16 HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY CALLBACKS AFTER I EVEN LEFT MESSAGE. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION
