I hired Pardo Roofing and Restoration to replace my roof and was initially reassured by their workmanship and promise of a 10-year leak free warranty. Unfortunately, after just 9 Months , a leak developed in the exact area I had problems with before. Mr Pardo from Pardo Roof and Restoration just completed roof replacement to my granddaughters house in Brownsville. I was very pleased with his professionalism promptness and overall work detail in this project. I was impressed by the fact he did not request upfront down-payment as most roofers do. Also he did extra repairs by replacing rotten faccia, matching the paint and painting it at no extra charge. He went as far as cleaning and painting mailbox at no cost either. Do not trust this business. After a few days of rain, my ceiling had several leaks. Do not make the same mistake I did. Take your business to another vendor. In reference to your response- my house had minor issues. You did not have recommendations and I end up with leaks in rooms I did not have any issues with. I was open to give you an opportunity to fix the mess you made. However, you would not answer my calls. As mentioned, I do not recommend doing business with you.

Mr. Pardo had my roof redone after hail damage. He did an outstanding job, excellent work and very professional. Valarie helped me out tremendously with dealing with my insurance and obtain my depreciation check. I highly recommend this company.

When looking for a roofer, I highly recommend Pardo Roofing. They did an outstanding job on my home. Mr. Pardo was onsight for 90% of the job, both in my attic and on my roof always working on quality control. One thing also, he won't do the job and forget you. He is always a phone call away if needed. By the way, his Team really prides themselves on CLEAN UP. Hope you consider Pardo Roofing!
