The crew is hard working and pleasant. But they are terrible at responding to customer needs if you call or email them. Also, you really have to be on top of them with picking up their mess/debris at the end of the work shift, as they have a tendency to leave a lot of nails and screws around, which is a health hazard to others.
Bad communication and unprofessional. If i had checked the reviews I would have never agreed fir this company to come out to do any work. The man that came to my house preferred to communicate with me through my ring camera instead of calls my cell phone after I asked him to do so. Noone from this company knew of any contractor being there at that time on that day. I had to look up a number in my call log to find out it was the same guy who pretend no to speak English.
