I ordered a Speed Queen washer and dryer set that was on backorder. With the COVID stuff going on completely understandable. Only the washer came in which I don’t have a problem with, though it’s slightly inconvenient. I called and asked if they would waive the setup/delivery fees since they don’t even know when the dryer will come in and I’d waited a month for the washer. Of course they won’t. Robin, I'm sorry you did not understand my message when I called initially. I was just trying to inform you the washer arrived so you could determine if you wanted to pick it up. As I said before per your request we will drop-off the dryer no charge. This is a 2 hour round trip for us as well. RecommendedKeagan from Pardini's Appliances just delivered a refrigerator to us in Fort Bragg!! He was absolutely wonderful! So personal and professional!! Because of Keagan, I would buy from Pardini's again and recommend them highly!!! We ordered the frig. yesterday and it was delivered today!
My parents bought a new dishwasher, stove and refrigerator from Pardini. They have had the worst customer service. The woman has been rude and condescending to my mother numerous times. I have also bought my appliances there and the refrigerator they sold me had a broken ice maker but by the time I hooked it up, it was too late for them to fix it. We are committed to doing our business locally but after our experience we won’t be supporting them any longer.

We tried to schedule service for your Mom for next week. Your Mom was unhappy because the unit was having the same exact issue that she had last year on her service call of 9/25/2019. Your Mom is out of warranty on her dishwasher, since GE only covers their product for one year from purchase date and your Mom purchased the dishwasher on 9/16/2019. Keith and Charles were at our house today installing new Fisher Paykel appliances. Keith was amazing and so careful setting up all our appliances. I highly recommend him! Charles was great too! Mark Pardini was most helpful in making sure we got the right appliances for our house. All around this was a five star operation. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them!
Fridge was bought for over a thousand dollars in 2014 and went to crap less then 5 years later. The repair man came out and looked at it for less then ten minutes to say it was garbage and proceeded to tell me fridges don’t last that long anymore. He charged 100 dollars to tell me my parents got ripped off by this store and even dared try to get return patronage. Very helpful and responsive. Within an hour of calling them for the first time and explaining what we were looking for our new washing machine was delivered, installed and ready for a load of laundry! Highly recommend and remember shop local 😉
