Honestly not even a 1 star in my opinion. I never go to the Dr or Urgent care for that matter. But today ( Mothers Day) I woke up and could barely even walk. I went to this urgent care after making an online appointment. Went in, gave my insurance, signed my paper and waited maybe 10 minutes. Was taken back and was seen by the nurse for my vitals and go over why I was there.
