Went with my elderly father to an appointment. I was not permitted to go in the back because there was only 1 chair and my elderly mother went with him. My father is 91 and does not know or remember to ask questions. I addressed concerns that my 4 siblings and I have to the receptionist. I asked that she give the Dr a list of questions to address with my father. She said if I have concerns to call the police. I have no words. I’m aware of HIPAA and did not ask for information only to have questions addressed with my parents.
Absolutely horrible!! They will straight up ignore you and your pharmacist when they call.
