I have used this office for 4 years. I loved it up until the beginning of this year. I had an appointment made and they called me and told me that it was at a certain time. I still had the voicemail of the lady confirming it. Whenever I got there, they said I was an hour late. I just showed up at the time that she told me. They said I couldn’t be seen. Dr David Fleuch is amazing! He really listens to your concerns and cares about you as a person. I highly recommend him.
I have been seeing Dr. McCawley for a year now and couldn't be happier with the care she provides. She is smart, compassionate, responsive, and thoughtful, and she never makes me feel like I am wasting her time or that my issues are minor in comparison to other serious neurological concerns. She has a humanness about her that is settling and feels safe. While I wish I didn't have my diagnosis, I am grateful I have a competent, caring doctor to guide me through it all!
I have had nothing but issues with this practice and their follow up. It is horrible! They do not return phone calls, they do not follow through on referrals for tests that the doctor has ordered and no one there seems to care or be concerned. My primary care physician has had to push through on some of the referrals for tests just to get them scheduled. And anytime you have an appointment it is a good 1 1/2 hour wait to see the doctor. Dr. Duff Rardin is the best! He is a great Dr. He knows what he is doing and does it great. He has been a GOD SENT DR. FOR MY HUSBAND. THANK YOU DUFF!
