I like my doctor here
There is not a lot of positive feedback I can give for this office. I was referred to Dr Duff Rardin by my primary. The consultation was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. Immediately after he came in the room and started talking to me about the issue I’ve been having, I noticed his lack of communication and bed side manner. He was very short, impatient, and rude. I visited for a skin biopsy and was feeling quite anxious, but Billie, the medical assistant, was absolutely wonderful. Her kindness, reassurance, and professionalism helped calm my nerves and made the entire experience so much more comfortable.
I was very satisfied with the staff and testing I had done today. I was not rushed or dismissed and I appreciate the fact that they listened to me and explained the process clearly and with care.
