This place is a joke. The Doogie Howser i saw couldn't tell the difference between a pulled muscle and an infection. So did they give me an anti biotic, of course not, they acted like i asked them for crack. So to them, a 104 temp is gonna cause a pulled muscle, not an infection. A pain that is not always in the same spot. So I'm still gonna have to go to my doctor, to get an anti biotic. Complete waste of time, and money. Don't waste your time or your money. They wont help you, and you will be there all day long. The urgent care is as bad as pardee hospital. This place shouldn't even be allowed to work on dogs. Medical care, yeah right, thats a joke. Charge your insurance for doing nothing for you. You will still have to go to the hospital or your dr when your done thr, so save yourself some money and skip this clown show. Awesome experience! There were three other patients in front of me, got me in very quickly and addressed my issues. In and out in about 30 minutes, total. Best ER visit ever!

After calling and letting Pardee Urgent Care in Fletcher know that I was bring my wife in for a serious cut to her hand, we were locked out of the building at 7:00pm. We were shocked to see the girl at the front desk sprint across the room only to lock the door 10 feet in front of us and coldly walk away as if our problems were our own. I will never again darken the door at the Pardee Urgent care in Fletcher. I urge you to go elsewhere as they are cold and uncaring.

Had an appointment set for August 28th, received a phone call to reschedule " He wont be back until the 29th need to reschedule to Wednesday Sept 2. repeated date back to person calling Sept Wednesday the 2nd and she said yes that is correct . I have made 2 trips to Pardee Urgent Care. Both Were work related injuries. First was about 8 years ago, and it was for a head injury requiring 11 stitches. I had to sit there for 2 and a half hours before I was seen. I could barely walk I was so weak from blood loss, and unable to drive to dizziness. The last one was today, and it was for a hyper-extended elbow. I was the first in the door when they opened, and the first to turn in my paperwork. I was the 8TH to be seen.
