Had an appointment set for August 28th, received a phone call to reschedule " He wont be back until the 29th need to reschedule to Wednesday Sept 2. repeated date back to person calling Sept Wednesday the 2nd and she said yes that is correct . Drove 36 miles one way to be told that it was for October Friday the 2nd. I know repeated it back to the caller as my husband had an appointment on the same day in Sept. This is the worst hospital to ever be built. It has killed more people than aids, small, pox, polio, or the plague combined. It might take you a little longer to get to Park Ridge, but you will be glad you did. The only people they actually try to help, are those with big enough bank accounts. Whenever you hear the word "policy", it means they could care less. Policy is code for you don't have enough money for them to care. If you care about your children, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO PARDEE.
