I am very frustrated with this office. I’ve had a referral for endocrine (non-DM related at that) since July 24 and I’ve yet to see a provider. My original appt was the day of Helene, then my next 2 appts were cancelled d/t the locum not renewing his contract. I was then put on with the FT provider for late January, but I got a notification about an earlier available appt so I took it. Customer service was nice before. The problem of this clinic, they dont have a permanent Endocrinologist! That’s why it will took months for months for an appointment! Ridiculous! Its a huge mistake to take an appointment here! There’s staff are not even sympathetic to your situations!
Customer service was nice and everytime I called they were very helpful and the Doctor, he was very nice and very passionate to his patient.
Let me start by saying, if you are needing someone to help you with managing diabetes, go elsewhere. My newly diagnosed husband was dismissed via certified letter because we sought a 2nd opinion per the recommedation of his Gastroenterologist, who agreed with his LACK OF care from Dr. Seagrove and her nutrionist, Ryane Greene. We had an appointment that took us 3 months to get. When we got to the office our appointment was canceled and rescheduled for four months later because we forgot to bring his meter. I felt like we were in kindergarten. Absolutely no leeway was given to us for this offense. We were not treated kindly and not given a chance to do our t appointment any other way
