Wouldn’t recommend. I was told that for me to lose weight, I needed “more self control” and to exercise and eat less, when I had been doing everything right. I was told that walking my dogs 6 miles a day “didn’t count” cause it was “lazy walking”. Turns out the whole time I had thyroid issues that were brushed off and never addressed. $272 for a 20 min regular office visit is shameful for a non-profit, even if you pay your doctors by the minute! That’s why there are more sick people in this country than healthy ones. We overpay for insurance, we overpay for taxes and then we get ripped off for a height/weight check.

Although I loved having Dr. Chin and Erica as health providers for years and I would totally recommend them, the administration, billing and poor phone customer service are absolutely not worth the trouble. They billed me 6 months later for an office visit that was supposed to be covered by my insurance but because they coded it wrong and refused to change the code now I have to pay out of pocket for it. I've spent over 5 hours now on hold, phone calls and e-mails and still resolving it. Very disappointed, will not be back! ... read more
