I can NEVER get anyone on the phone and I literally just need my blood pressure meds refilled which was supposed to be put in last week. Anytime Iv need an appointment for being sick I couldn’t get one Iv been to the walk-in clinic 4 times in since January bc I can’t ever be seen when I’m sick. So what’s the point in primary care if I can’t ever get seen at the primary care doctor???
Very disheartening to witness Dr Mayu Roberts at her worst. No compassion, allowance of listening on her part, nor presence. Already had her mind made up from looking at my chart from her prior place of employment at MEHEC - I had no chance of a normal and calm appointment. This is not a doctor - this is a mean person with no heart nor compassion.
