I have been happy with the medical care I've received but the billing is a mess. I have been trying for months to get billing corrected with no luck. After contacting the office multiple times, I received a call saying it was corrected. Yet a month later my account shows sent to collections and my insurance never received the correction. The office staff is of no help Billing person is either sick or on vacation.
My family adores Dr. Lowery, he is an amazing doctor. Unfortunately, the front staff is so disorganized it finally got to the point we were getting rescheduled more often than we were seen for appointments. This has gone on for over a year. Receiving calls a few days before our appointment, asking us to reschedule for whatever reason. Due to lack of communication or errors made by scheduling staff.
