Had a new garage built. Called them wanted them to run new service to my house and power to my garage installed. I clearly wanted them to do it. Unfortunately their AC/Heat calls take priority over electric work. They called me 4 times kept asking if still wanted my work done, I said yes......I waited....I waited....nothing. I understand busy seasons ect ect. Essentially I was forgot about. Just be honest and tell me you either don't have time, or don't want to do it. TOTAL BS. You'll never get my business.
I've done quite a bit of business with Parde's, and had consistantly good service. Very honest in working through challenges.
Paying my bill after they fixed my AC. Getting the bill straightened out.
