Residents are living with roach infested apartments and that is not sanitary!
I literally leave zero stars if that’s possible. Ever since the first day of moving in my experience with Parkview apartments has been absolutely horrible. Upon my moving day, which was a Friday I was given the wrong key for my apartment so I had nowhere to go my first night of paying rent. Throughout the first month, everything has been broken inside of my apartment just from old age, wear and tear, poor replacing from the previous tenant.
