Pacview was my first apartment, and I was so excited when I moved in. During my five years living here, a lot has happened. We've had several different management teams—some were professional, while others were not. My biggest concern throughout my stay was the rat problem in my unit. I came in to view a unit the property manager Mrs.Lowe was so professional and pleasant.
Please, please do not move here. Do not waste your money. This is the dirtiest and worst apartment place I have ever seen in my life. The management and staff are rude and terrible , Every floor has mice and and this place is extremely dirty. I want to emphasize it again , it is unbelievably dirty. All of the mailboxes are broken, packages keep getting stolen, and even mail gets stolen directly from the mailboxes. Zzzzzzeeerrrrrooooo star
I moved from Parcview due to eviction in February 2026. They had to nerve to block my phone number and tried to bill me for March 2026 and April 2026. I had to call the court. The court told me to get an attorney and they chose to terminate my lease. They had no right to do that. Im glad they got rid of the previous Community Manager. Thats how karma works. Very very bad place, please don’t come here and please don’t waste your money. Bad management and maintenance. Very very a dirty place. It is place for Mouse, Rates they are living here everywhere in this building. Zero Star.
