I was deeply saddened to see what had become of this apartment building. I had lived there 26 years ago for a year, and back then the building was clean, safe, cozy and newly remodeled with decent people living there. Last year I had to go back there for family reasons and was shocked to find it had turned in to a complete dump. Residents are living with roach infested apartments and that is not sanitary!
