I moved from Parcview due to eviction in February 2026. They had to nerve to block my phone number and tried to bill me for March 2026 and April 2026. I had to call the court. The court told me to get an attorney and they chose to terminate my lease. They had no right to do that. Im glad they got rid of the previous Community Manager. Thats how karma works. Very very bad place, please don’t come here and please don’t waste your money. Bad management and maintenance. Very very a dirty place. It is place for Mouse, Rates they are living here everywhere in this building. Zero Star.
I was deeply saddened to see what had become of this apartment building. I had lived there 26 years ago for a year, and back then the building was clean, safe, cozy and newly remodeled with decent people living there. Last year I had to go back there for family reasons and was shocked to find it had turned in to a complete dump. The entire building reeks of stale urine that hits you in the face as soon as you walk in the dirty front entrance. The hallways, the elevators, the common areas all reek of pee and and are filthy.
