I give this complex 1/5 stars. While we lived there for two years, the complex was under at least 3 different management companies, and screwed us out of our resigning rate. We were expected to pay $200 more a month because we had a 3b/2b layout. The 3rd bedroom did not have a door, since it was advertised as an office to us in our original lease and resigning offer. The new company taking over leases was discontinuing that layout and we were told we’d have a door put on for that room (never happened). So we were paying $200... read more
RecommendedStaff is friendly and quick to resolve any maintenance requests. I’d definitely recommend any friends to live here
They pretty much let anyone move in now, peace and quiet are gone, loud neighbors and laughable maintenance if you even get any. Plus, expect to see police every weekend because of tenant complaints they do nothing to resolve apparently.
The can start by having more than one trash compacter and keeping the property clean.
