We came in on Saturday, early in the evening and sat at the bar. Great vibe and fantastic wine selection, as well as several beers and after dinner drinks. We got the burrata pesto to share. It was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly. Can't wait to go back, next time we are in Taos.
Great drinks, amazing food, wonderful staff
An incredible dining experience! Everything we ordered was fantastic, but two things really stood out. First, they serve their food on wonderfully hot plates, which kept our dishes at the absolute perfect temperature throughout the meal—a small but brilliant detail that shows how much they care. Second, the cheese was absolutely phenomenal—incredibly flavorful, perfectly aged, and paired beautifully. Combined with the sophisticated ambiance and impeccable service, this spot is a must-visit!

With 20 wines by the glass (both white and red) to choose from, I asked AI to help me pick, but the gentleman at the bar did one better and also offered me advice on a perfect charcuterie board to match my wine.
