u have a employee that talks about people medical records she was hired just recently she is crazy
I called to discuss my bill, asking them to reconsider a portion of my bill since Sarah Munch was 40 minutes late, and I didn’t feel I was provided ample service at a food allergy follow up appointment. Office manager, Ms. Born was rude and unprofessional. She gave me the option to “find another health care provider, if I wasn’t happy at here”, then she decided we were done with the conversation and hung up on me. I would NOT recommend this practice.
