I don’t know how I’d run my business without them! They help me with everything I need and can accept any kind of postal service. Extremely knowledgeable staff and amazing service as well. Andy, Pam, and Catherine really go above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied.
They have shipped probably 20-30 packages going out for me! Best place to ship, new boxes, available labels or tape whatever you need they help you out! Just awesome people too, thank you!
Wonderful, professional and knowledgeable staff. Even though they were busy and it was towards the end of the workday nearing closing time, they worked diligently to assist us with getting some important documents notarized. I also watched them acknowledge everyone and go out of their way to advise other customers on the best options to save them money on shipping their packages and documents.
They denied taking my package with a pre-made label because the UPS guy had already come for the day. Told me I had to drop off down the street at the UPS store because they didn’t “have room” to hold a package the size of a golf bag.. Be cautious if you drop off later in the day
