They denied taking my package with a pre-made label because the UPS guy had already come for the day. Told me I had to drop off down the street at the UPS store because they didn’t “have room” to hold a package the size of a golf bag.. Be cautious if you drop off later in the day
Top shelf customer service, every time I've been in. Would much rather deal with them than any other carrier. Andy and Kathryn and Pam are top notch at customer service and patience and guidance. 💯
I've had a past experience with this location and I overlooked the previous visit because it was at the end of Covid but to go back years later same thing smh I had to post my review. This morning I went to the location to send my Cologuard kit, as required by the company in the same resealable package with the return slip attached only to be told by the female clerk that they don't handle those types of packages and that it's not sealed so I would have to purchase a box to send it and the clerk stated to the manager sitting... read more
