The new owner was super professional and very helpful. I highly recommend using this location.
Good service with unethical pricing. Wrap, box and label your packages on your own or expect to pay 4-6x the cost of packaging materials. Sad too because the employee / store is nice and they're conveniently located, but their pricing is just nonsense. I'd recommend avoiding them until they come down to earth a bit with costs or if you've got a premade label with a pre packed box
Mac was great! Super helpful and efficient. He helped me mail some packages and made sure I had the best rate!
