Gary Parcel has been my dentist for over 25 years. And I am very satisfied all the work he has done in my mouth.
I had a tooth that had cracked and he put on a crown that is impecable. No pain and great results. Other dentists wanted to do a root canal that was completely unnecessary. He was not about making the extra dollar. Also, I had an infection that had started on a Friday night (10:00 P.M) from a wisdom tooth coming in. We had a bad experience with a previous dentist and my daughter was very scared at our returning visit to Dr. Parcel (as she had seen another dentist due to the poor customer service from Dr. Parcel's office). They did not attempt to work with her at all. They did not smile or try to cheer her or reassure her that everything is alright. They just refused to treat her. Be very careful going to this dentist regarding what is & is not covered by your dental insurance. We were told everything done would be covered by insurance, & then SURPRISE after the work is done we get a bill on the way out the door! Dentist is fine, but the hygienist is rude & rough. We will be looking elsewhere for a new dentist.
I have been going to Dr. Parcel for over 20 years. His office staff are helpful and forthright and very pleasant. His work is fairly priced, professional and complete. I would recommend him to anyone for general dentistry including crowns and other such procedures. Excellent dental assistants and hygienists.
Instead of removing my front tooth Dr. Parcel placed a crown over it and the result is fantastic! I couldn't have asked for a less painful procedure than ever. Color matching was great, you can't even tell there was a problem.
I have been going to Dr Parcel for over 20 years and have highly recommended him to family, friends and co-workers. He has kept his pratice small and up to date on the latest advances in dental care. He gives you individual attention which is sadly lacking in larger dental groups.
I had a temporary filling fall out just before vacation. Dr. Parcel saw me as a walk-in patient and was comforting to my specific dental needs. He explained the importance of permanently fixing my tooth and arranged a payment plan to fit my budget. The temporary filling was on the expensive side, but all and all a good experience. This coming from a denta-phobic.
