Update: Apartment has termites. Management refuses to effectively treat them, despite the colony being mature and winged. The whole process has been a nightmare. I’ve been here three months and I made a huge mistake moving in. The property manager is great but she can only be there so often and do so much. Please reconsider here if you want your appliances to work, your water to not smell and importantly, to be in a clean bug free environment. —- The move in process with Jenny (love you girl) has been SO smooth.
