We lived here for 2 1/2 years. I don’t recommend it here. Washers and dryers were never maintenance and we would have to wash/dry one load multiple times to get it clean. The machines would eat our money and the response we got was “contact customer service of the machines” we would never receive the money back. Outlets were never secure in the wall, we had to have our a/c fixed at least once a month because it would leak. And because of that our bills would be outrageous. Great experience joining parc500 community highly recommend
I have been a resident at this Complex for over 10 years. For the past several months, I am having hot water issues in my Apartment and having a hard time getting the problem solved. The last phone message I left was on December 10, still nothing is being done. I am sooo frustrated now. It’s not nice taking cold showers each day
Currently a resident at this complex. Right at this moment I am sitting in an apartment with no ac and a rat infestation. I have left multiple voicemails. The only call back I have received is from the very nice maintenance man who tried to fix my ac two days ago and said he wouldn’t be able to get someone to come out to install a new unit next Wednesday which is 6 days from now.
