Five stars for the team at Parc500! I had a really great time at the community BBQ they hosted recently. Jenny did a fantastic job putting everything together, and everyone in attendance seemed to be having a blast. It was really nice getting out to enjoy the amenities and hang with some of the other residents. I definitely hope they host more events like this in the future!

If you are looking at living here because of the cheap rent, be prepared to pay over $400 a month in stupid nickel and dime fees, including 2 water fees and 2 trash fees. Half the time the trash valet service would break the red strings on our bags and leave them for us to bring to the dump ourselves. The $65 internet that they purchased through aerowave is slow and has been out of service 7 days in the last 2 months, and we still have no choice but to pay for it.
