I’ve lived here for two years, and my experience has been mostly positive. I would definitely live here again. Maintenance was quick to respond to any issues—especially with my washer, which had ongoing problems until they eventually replaced it with a new one! The amenities were great and consistently clean. I really enjoyed the community events, from wreath-making to workout classes. My family lived at Parc west for 2.5 years. If we had to return, we would. We lived in both a single and a two bedroom apartment and they were clean, modern and worth the price paid. Amenities that were convenient for us were the package locker, garage, elevator, smart home system, playroom in the gym and valet trash removal. The common areas and landscaping were always well maintained.
