My family lived at Parc west for 2.5 years. If we had to return, we would. We lived in both a single and a two bedroom apartment and they were clean, modern and worth the price paid. Amenities that were convenient for us were the package locker, garage, elevator, smart home system, playroom in the gym and valet trash removal. The common areas and landscaping were always well maintained. The corridors and elevators were mostly but sometimes wreaked of wet dog and piddle and few times owners would not pick up after their dogs ... read more
