We love Parcwest well kept and clean people are nice here and also the front office and maintenance I would recommend to anyone that’s looking for a new home!!
Every request responded to quickly and handled!
The maintenance once again has gone above and beyond in taking care of any issues that pop up in my apartment. Once a claim is submitted action is taken right away with the utmost respect, sincere kindness and knowledge to take care of the problem right away. Maintenance feels like family here because they are so friendly and helpful.
3 months in, things have been really great. Good people, great gym, staff is helpful and responsive, and the only time I had a minor maintenance request, it was addressed within 1 hour. So far so good! Edited to add, I had another small maintenance request made at 7pm, and it was taken care of by 9am the following morning. Plus, the maintenance crew takes extra care to know each dog and give them treats when they see you walking so that your dog is actually excited when they need to come in the home and do some work.
