Update: I finally needed to get a hold of someone in the office and it turns out when you call the phone number listed your options are 1. Virtual AI agent bot, or 2. Voicemail. 🥴 I've had limited interactions with the staff but so far everyone has been nice and helpful. Maintenance is fast and they actually fixed my problems. With that said, the cracks are definitely starting to show within the grounds and units themselves. The carpet in my unit was definitely not cleaned prior to move in because it smells extremely stale and dank. I've mitigated that with air fresheners and leaving the ceiling fan on. Speaking of fans, the fan in the bathroom cannot be turned off so be prepared to listen to that hum... read more
