Parc west was my mgmt for almost 10 years. I had good and bad experiences but overall Sam and Erin are good mgmt agents. The apts are nice modern and reasonably priced. I recommend you use your own judgement.
Had an apartment here it flooded multiple times. Had days where there was no hot water. Was unable to get packages here because tenets had a habit of stealing. There are only 6 visitor spots so parking when you have visitors is very hard and management was no help with this issue. And rent was very expensive and not worth the cost for the apartment I was on.
Don’t move here! You’re better off living in Hartford tbh! Owners don’t attend to building issues when needed, seen roaches, stolen packages, etc.
