Had an apartment here it flooded multiple times. Had days where there was no hot water. Was unable to get packages here because tenets had a habit of stealing. There are only 6 visitor spots so parking when you have visitors is very hard and management was no help with this issue. And rent was very expensive and not worth the cost for the apartment I was on.

Don’t move here! You’re better off living in Hartford tbh! Owners don’t attend to building issues when needed, seen roaches, stolen packages, etc.

Very unresponsive to tenants concerns or request for any repairs needed. The rent seems at a lower level at first but every year be prepared to pay for a higher rate as the rent increases every year without a break. Yet, they are never available for you when need to address your concerns or need to place any repair requests. There are days you wake up to no hot water and some days the whole day and the call in you make to the emergency number no one pick up or respond to the call. It's not worth anyone hassle nor stress. Run far alway - lack in maintenance no hot water for full day and no response to call into the office. They don't care about their tenant only concern is their rent being paid. You are just a # to the management team in which are out of NJ... Don't rent from them.
