Four stars for Parc Station Apts location. SMART & transit hub within a few blocks. I picked a different FPI Management - Tilden, ( Agent & Owner ) Santa Rosa area complex. Parc Station $ 22,000,000.00 USD property . Crazy, ..... market rate apartment Tycoons with many Sonoma County locations.
Parc Station Apts is another FPI Management useful location to lease. Went thru the application process criteria & was offered a lease (64 pages) in Rohnert Park that I accepted. Soooooo, after 12 mo with zero issues, FPI offered a lease renewal with the same terms. First, I considered Parc Station & Park Vue on Piner Road, .... cuz all three are "Unmatched & Enviable ". Don't move here !!! Roches and extra charges for everything!! Walls are paper thin so u can hear everything.management does not handle pest issue well .. they blame the tenants.when they do the minimum to solve the problem .. they are in the hall ways at night around the building and they only want to treat my apartment ... I live here now and can't wait to move out.do your self a favor and choose a different place .
