Had a great Tour of Cortland Hollywood yesterday the leasing team was extremely helpful. I currently live in a Cortland property in another area and have had such a good experience with this property management company that I am choosing to relocate to another one of their buildings. I know reviews can be deceiving or sway to the extremes, but I highly recommend going and seeing for yourself what Cortland has to offer. Thank you Noah for your time and help and can’t wait to move in !
Visited family here and was very disappointed. The front gate was broken and wide open, letting anyone drive in—so much for security. Walking alone at night felt unsafe, with unpleasant people loitering outside, blasting music, and staring. There were clearly short-term rental guests partying with loud music late into the night. The place felt chaotic and poorly managed. Would not recommend living here or even visiting.
Maintenance team (AJ) is very tentative and always completes service requests in under 24 hours! Great team!
