Been living at Cortland for over two years now. The maintenance team is awesome, super fast, and communicate well when issues have been resolved. AJ has always been super kind, and eager to fix up the apartment as soon as he receives a maintenance request. Thank you very much!! -Val & Em
I have lived at the Cortland for 3 years and I want to give credit where credit is due, the maintenance crew is AMAZING. They are attentive and hard working. Anytime I have a problem in my apartment they come to the rescue within the day of me putting in a request!! Marc and AJ are friendly, and always do the best job!!!
David is absolutely wonderful! He has helped us with our moving process and always helps fix any problems with our home. He’s super friendly with both us and our pups! He goes above and beyond! Very thankful for his hard work! Along with this, Cori has also been so helpful and responsive. We sometimes have problems getting answers or responses but once we email/call her she is quick to assist and help us! Very appreciative of her help too!
Excellent and clean community. I’ve rented at many separate communities. This is by far the most responsive and prompt. The maintenance team and process is extremely easy and seamless. The maintenance team team came to my house within two minutes of me submitting an electronic request. Marc with the maintenance team is the best.
DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE AN ANIMAL. This company claims to be pet friendly but the land is invested with fleas and stray cats and they do not spray for fleas regularly. I called the office and they said they could “go spray around my building” and then never came out to do so. My dog is having severe allergies to the flea bites which has already cost me hundreds in vet fees.
