Kayla the front desk girl in Poplar Bluff Ar OT office is SO HELPFUL! When ever we are there shes always going out of her way to straighten things or make sure our appt is good. One time we had a billing issue and she went way beyond making calls to straighten it out. She is DEFINITELY an asset to OT!!

My client has been attending PARC for many years. From childhood to adulthood. The staff of therapists has given him true comfort and compassion. All while treating his C.P. and his many daily struggles in life. The reason for this review is actually for the all-star at the front desk and reception area. Kayla always meets our scheduling woes with a smile, and lifts our spirits in hard times. Thanks to you Kayla.

This place is the best! From the receptionist to the therapists- all fabulous! I mostly saw Alicia and my surgeon was thrilled with my progress. I definitely attribute that to Alicia!!!

I had a pretty traumatic injury, fractured three bones in my ankle and dislocated it when I fell. I was referred to PARC because they were in my network. But I am so glad it was there. With several therapy providers that varied up my exercises and pushed me enough to get my ankle better. So thank you Kat, Chris and Alicia!!!

Was referred to this facility thru the Malden rehab. Have talk to both facilities several times about times directions and everything. When I show up at 9:07 I had someone run in to see if was ok to come on since I am 7 mins late and in a wheelchair. They said to come on. Once I get in my chair and they the door they ask my name and hand me some paperwork. As I am filling out paperwork a lady says they cant see me because the manager said it would take past 9:15 to fill out. Absolutely could’ve said all this before I got my ... read more
