Nice place to live and very well located. Well located
The place looks nice. A person was rude and did not show me it. The outside is lush but the inside, even if I booked a tour , I was not shown.
Toured this apartment and was deeply disappointed to find the photos do not at all match the inside. We were take to two units that were mid-construction and full of dust and dirt the looked nothing at all like the photos online. The basketball court is dirty and damaged. The racquetball court walls have holes in them. There was an exterminator there spraying in multiple apartments, in addition to their weekly property-wide spraying. James was very nice the moment I meet him. He showed me the nice studio with balcony, unfortunately someone beat me to that place because my move it was not until the following month. However, I went back to Parc point and James patiently showed me the next studio that is up for rent through images. Management appears to be very personable, welcoming and on top of things.
