Quality of what you pay for doesn't get better year to year but the price you pay increases about 100 a month every year! Been here for about 4 years. Studio started at $1650, now is $2050. Gym equipment is often out of order, washers and dryers have been broken, leaking, or not draining for at least 6 months. They are finally in the process of repairing/replacing them. Communication through email and phone is poor. While they are friendly to your face, they lack prompt communication regarding concerns. Maintenance is nice, ... read more

I have been living here for 2 years. As soon as I signed the contract the price was about $2,300. A year later they raised it to $2,400, then they raised it to $2,500. Now I pay $2,500 monthly without a contract. On the website the price is $2,400. I approached the managers with this issue 3 times and my problem has not been solved for 3 months. It is a shame that the managers do not care about the client. Very unprofessional. I only ask them to make me a contract so that the price is lower.

Worst apartment rental experience I have ever had. I rented for about a year and couldn't wait to leave. Everything was run down. Half of the gym equipment was always broken or not working properly, the hallways always stunk of weed or mildew. My apartment ceiling always leaked whenever it rained. The fireplace in the living room must have broke at least five times and the shower tub would constantly peal. Maintenance was quick, but never really fixed anything. The landlord was nice, but this place was way overpriced.

I had booked an appointment a week in advance with James via email and followed up the morning of with additional questions. Despite this, I did not receive any response to my inquiries. I sent a second email to inform them that I would be running late, but again, there was no reply. We did arrive nearly half an hour late, but we still hoped to recei... read more
