Lived here for 4 years and it’s been great. Maintenance requests responded to very quickly by Julian or Derek (they are also so friendly to us and our dog). Michelle & Cathy responsive and nice too with any questions. We’ve enjoyed the pool, cricket/dog pen, being so close to campus & downtown.
Leasing managers were not accommodating at all. Very slow at responding emails. Working hours not strictly followed(a couple of times nobody is in office without any notice not sure what happened). Offensive discrimination statements against foreigners by generalizing and stereotyping(I have people from xxx living here and they never have a problem. Why you?) I referred my friends living here, but now very regret my choices. Very disappointed.
We signed our contract in March for a one year lease at 1.7k a month. Right after our leasing period began management dropped the rental rate for our type of unit to 1.4k. Management kept this as a secret without giving us any reimbursement. We have to pay 300 more a month because we signed our contract TOO EARLY.
My wife and I lived here for one year and it's the best apartment complex I've stayed at in my entire educational career. We stayed in a 1 bedroom 1 bath (The Knoll) on the 3rd floor.
