I love living here. This is the start of my 4th year living here. Thomas, the maintenance technician is awesome. He responds to work orders the same day. My recent work order had to do with the fridge as the freezer was no longer freezing and not producing ice. After the initial troubleshooting and cleaning, it was determined it needed to be replaced. Kanyon assisted Thomas in installing the new fridge. Within an hour of plugging the new one in, the items I placed in the freezer was freezing. Yay!!! And I'm also getting ice ... read more
Had a double maintenance request for a sink problem and broken fan, Thomas Canyon came in quickly and fixed it in 15 minutes or less. Extremely friendly and was good with our dog.
Had a couple maintenance issues come up, and within an hour Thomas Canyon from the maintenance team came and fixed them right away!! Very friendly service and so quick! We love it here!
Have lived here for over a year and have no complaints. The complex is well kept and the management team is solid. Specific shout out to the maintenance team, Thomas and Kanyon. At least 3 times in the last year I've had some ridiculous maintenance thing and every time they are respectful and got it fixed within the hour.
