These photos are from MOVE IN DAY. Yes, that’s right, Parc on Center handed us the apartment in this condition. These photos are only the tip of the iceberg, the toilets were dirty, food SPLATTERED on the wall behind the stove, hair and food in the microwave, the list unfortunately goes on and on. But there are so many positive reviews? Yes…. But there are MANY, MANY people who work for Wasatch management living in the community as they get discounted rent there. My sister and I have lived here 5 months now and it’s been such a great experience. Thomas, Kanyon, Hayley and Danilo have all been so helpful with getting everything working well for us! Thomas and Kanyon have helped us the most and they’re the kindest people ever.

I have lived here since summer 2022. Their maintenance is super responsive. Once they receive your request, they will contact you soon and send over the maintenance people on the same day or next day. I don’t have complaints at all. Nice gym, hot tub open all the year around. Swimming pool is open when the weather is warm. I love this complex!
