Great historical building. The lofts are nice close to downtown . Underground parking . Some areas need repair. Cordell is very helpful.
New mgmt. lots of new folks moving in and renovating.
New Resident as of 6 months ago, the communication from the Board and their staff has been exceptional. I am optimistic that the leadership's long term vision will benefit the residents and the surrounding community. It will be an uphill battle, however the commitment is there!
I'm a current resident at ParcLafayette. New management has been improving the buildings, providing scheduled maintenance, and dealing with HOA debt that has been accruing for years due to past residents using the bankruptcy loophole and not paying. The roadmap looks good, and the proximity to Eastern Market, Lafayette Park, and the downtown is unbeatable.
Just know your vehicle will be busted or stolen right in front of the building and the complex will be of no help.
