Parc Huron's location is amazing. The "quiet part" of River North as I like to call it! I feel very safe here. Having Ward Park right next door and even a small private park is a major plus. Green space in the city! Maintenance is fast and rarely needed. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Besides the location, the spa may be the highlight of the building. We lived at Parc Huron for three years and had a wonderful experience. The community is very dog and kid-friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and right next to the park, while only a short walk to River North’s nightlife and downtown Chicago. The units and the property are nice and well-maintained. But our favorite thing about living here was the staff—everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. Maintenance always responded to repair requests same-day and were very generous with replacements. When my husband and I were in town for an event, we stayed at the guest suite at Parc Huron. It was centrally located and easy to get around the city. The front desk staff were more than helpful in greeting us and going over all the amenities that were available to us. They also gave us some great recommendations for dinning, of which when we return, we will frequent again. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very spacious, everything we needed. I've lived at the Parc Huron for a little over a year now and I can't tell you how much I love it. The property is managed incredibly well. The leasing/management office, maintenance, and concierge are all so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They do so many great events for the community.
