We have so many lovely things to say about Parc Huron! From the very beginning, Sam, one of the Sales and Marketing Associates, provided all the details we needed to make our decision and move-in seamless. Since moving in, we couldn’t be luckier to have the most welcoming and nicest door staff!! They all make sure to check in and take great care of all packages. Lastly, Parc Huron’s cleaning and maintenance staff are top notch. We have never had better service in a Chicago residence! Couldn’t recommend Parc Huron enough!
The amenities are a good attraction however maintenance need to be improved . The sauna downstairs are never deep cleaned , the glass doors always have fingerprints and since the renovations , the seats are never wiped down by maintenance making the conditions unhygienic sometimes . The elevators floors have cracks. The building focuses on gathering events but doesn’t seem to care about keeping the place clean .
Absolutely love Parc Huron! The staff is incredible and the building could not be more perfect. 10/10 all around!
Easy 5-Star Review. Maddie and the entire office staff are the best and Jose, Juan, and Nelson are the best maintenance staff you could ask for. Highly recommend renting an apartment here!
I’ve been living in this building for a year now and I find it hard to leave this place. When I moved to Chicago I knew nobody but because of this building and the people in this building now I call Chicago my home. Every time I think about moving to somewhere else I do my research and eventually find how much this place has provided for me. Search no more and move in I’m sure you will love it here! :)
