We lived at Parc Huron for three years and had a wonderful experience. The community is very dog and kid-friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and right next to the park, while only a short walk to River North’s nightlife and downtown Chicago. The units and the property are nice and well-maintained. When my husband and I were in town for an event, we stayed at the guest suite at Parc Huron. It was centrally located and easy to get around the city. The front desk staff were more than helpful in greeting us and going over all the amenities that were available to us. I've lived at the Parc Huron for a little over a year now and I can't tell you how much I love it. The property is managed incredibly well. The leasing/management office, maintenance, and concierge are all so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They do so many great events for the community. The location and management for this property was amazing. Maddy, Janneil and Sam are all professionals and are there to assist you with any questions. Greeted by Sylvester with a smile and Bianca will make sure all your needs are met. In the heart of River North it has an abundance of restaurants, shopping and iconic scenery with parks for relaxing! Great Location!
