Where do I start. Oh, yeah. Because of this place we literally spent the $470K to buy a home. It was that bad. Car was towed to the tune of $476 because they screwed up the parking lot and had to re-do the work at evening hours and no one could move their car. 47 cars in a day towed. The floors are nasty. Carpets in hallways have stains, smells, you name it. Each hallway has a different smell. Elevators half work. My son had an online order and the poor guy got stuck in the elevator for over an hour. Where do I begin. Before I moved in this place was a disaster. I had to have my move in sheet corrected 3 times to due to inaccuracies in names, rent amounts, and deposit amounts. Then the online system showed my rent nearly $400 more than the contract amount. When I asked about it, I was told, just sign the contract and we will figure it out after you move in.
