I've lived in Parc Fontaine since the early part of 2012. The previous management was TERRIBLE. Sometime during the later part of 2013 they took on new management. Everything has been OK, just OK. And then out of nowhere on January 24, 2014 Baton Rouge decided to have a weird icey/snow day. I woke up to a freezing home, expecting to go and turn my heater on. HA! Nope.
