DO NOT live here!!! I recently moved out of Parc East after living here for a year and it was a terrible experience. I wish I read these reviews before moving in because some of them are extremely accurate. Andrew G's review point below is SO accurate 1) Management/leasing office is run by a group of lazy and dishonest people. They are very eager and friendly when renting you an apartment, but once you move in, emails and phone calls go unanswered and maintenance requests are often ignored.
