If I could leave a no star review, I would. We were harassed by the tenants living downstairs. She was convinced that we were purposefully making noise. She'd come to our apartment yelling, leaving notes on our door, videotaping us and following us all the way to our parking spots or wherever we were going. We have told management only to be offered to move out of the other unit. How does this make any sense?
