04/26/24 Starting my apartment hunt, I've talked to a bunch of leasing offices, but this one really stood out. Catrina was super nice and patient, answering all my questions. Since I'm overseas and doing everything online, it's a big deal to feel confident renting without even seeing the place. This spot gives me major peace of mind compared to others I've checked out. Wonderful maintenance staff and terrific property manager!
The maintenance man was very courteous and diligent in diagnosing the problem. He did determine what was needed. It is still on going, because a part will need to be ordered and then installed.
