Staying for 7 years has been peaceful and safe. I see in the reviews guests complaining about parking app, my opinion is I love it! Before you had multiple cars from guests of residents here. Now all is needed is for residents to follow the unwritten rule of park close to your apartment and have your guests park further down not impeding your neighbor ability to park near their home. Maintenance is good. They handle issues quickly.
I've been here for about 1 year, the community is peaceful, the grounds are well maintained and it's a staff is very professional.
