I’ve lived here for a few years, and I really appreciate the Office Staff/ Maintenance. They are very kind, and are there for me when I need them. They are always and willing to make my stay good and comfortable. The apartments are always clean as well. Deedra B.

Been living her for almost 5 years now apartment complex is Good. very friendly and quiet neighborhood. the staff is also friendly especially with the new manager she's nice. The only complaint I have is the Virtual parking app they have. Like I said been living here 5 years and about a year ago my vehicle was towed even though I had it registered on the app and obviously I have it registered in the office ,when you fill out the Contract for the apartment when leasing. For the most part this place is good however they implanted the use of an app called VPP for permanent residence and their guest to use to register a vehicle. Prior to the use of this app the only way your car would be towed was if you reversed parked but now with that app multiple residents have had their vehicle towed even though it was registered in the app and when they try to verify in the app it then doesn’t let them check saying that no account is found.
