Toured at the Parc with the property manager Damaris , it was a great vibe, very welcoming and warm. the prices are a little high for me but the apartments look decent and the clubhouse is awesome. I’m still looking around but hope to make this my home soon.
Great amenities at very good price point. Damaris, Victoria, and Joe are extremely helpful, accessible, and friendly. They have gone way out of their way to help me and other tenants many times.
We had great experiences during our 6-month lease. Two bedroom two bath. Very nice, quiet apartments and common areas. Walk to the train station, they also provide a bus to the train as well. Damaris and the front office we're very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended.
We lived at Parc for about three years and really enjoyed our time there. The area is peaceful, with beautiful green surroundings that made it a pleasant place to call home. If we didn’t have to relocate, we definitely would have stayed longer. Special thanks to Damaris for making our move-out process smooth and stress-free, her aftercare was excellent!
