There is so much to like about this place, but ultimately I urge you not to live here. We have a baby and live on the top floor of our building. The elevator has been out routinely throughout the spring. It has now been out for almost 2 weeks with no news of when a part will arrive that will cause the elevator to be fixed. Damaris kept non of her promises. Unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place for living.
We’ve had a really great experience living at Parc at Princeton Junction. What we appreciate most is how peaceful and green everything is—there’s so much nature around, and the walking paths are perfect for daily walks or jogging. The view from our bedroom is especially beautiful and calm. The management team has been excellent. Any maintenance request we’ve submitted was handled very quickly—often in less than an hour—which makes a big difference in everyday life. Wonderful place to live. The management team is very responsive and helpful with any concerns. The entire staff is respectful, friendly, and welcoming. All amenities are cleaned regularly, and the outdoor common areas are also well maintained.
