DO NOT MOVE HERE - you will have an infested unit year from march until December with flies that management will blame various other units for causing. Please add $75 to your monthly rent for buying your own pest control products. It is absolutely horrific. Do not move here….please. It is absolutely disgusting.
Parc at Perimeter is a beautiful, very quiet place where things run smoothly. The community is very friendly. One of the things I like most is that it's the silence. It's also very well located, next to pharmacies, restaurants, and shops. 100% recommended
This apartment complex really deserves 10 stars! From the office staff, to the grounds keepers and maintenance crew, this place is the BEST. I had the opportunity to live here the last 7 years and the main reason for that is because of the Staff. They are always going above and beyond in everything they do for you. You will not feel unheard with this group! This complex is also located in the best location (near malls, grocery stores, pharmacies, hospitals and only 3 minutes from the major highways in Atlanta.)
