The gym equipment has needed an update for years. Busted and missing equipment items , a stationary bike that doesn’t even work. They’ll charge that high rent though because “Sandy Springs”
Ms. Lori has been amazing to work with throughout the leasing process. So far, the experience has been very good, and I’m looking forward to having a great time in this community in the near future.

TL;DR: Both of my units flooded repeatedly (five total), had mold and long-term water damage, and management failed to disclose a known history of flooding. These are unsafe, systemic issues. I strongly recommend avoiding this property. I lived in two different units at this property, and both experienced major, repeated flooding for a total of five separate incidents caused by structural failures and building leaks.
