My partner and I lived here for the last two years and recently moved out to live more in town. Parc was honestly the best apartment living experience either of us ever had thus far. The units, amenities, and general grounds are well taken care of; we would often the maintenance people walking around caring for the property, and they are seriously awesome, super quick, friendly, and helpful. Lori was absolutely amazing through the rental process. Probably one of the best leasing agents we’ve ever come across. We had seen at least 6 properties before coming to Parc and after seeing this and all the help Lori provided we decided to put in an application right away. Absolutely recommend!
My move-in was fantastic, and my apartment was so thoroughly cleaned. Lori, Rachael, and Miriam are always so kind and personable when I come into the office. I am so thankful I chose The Parc as my new home.
Parc is an absolutely fantastic place to live! Maintenance is always handled quickly and professionally. The whole team is so nice, Lori has always communicated quickly and has been so kind and helpful! The property is very well maintained and they are constantly doing preventative maintenance to upkeep the property. Its a truly great place to live!
Lori is amazing! I love her. However…. Rent at your own risk. The good - The pool is quite nice, I made some lifelong friends out there. Also the internet was superb. The location is also nice and close to a lot. I walked to Publix often. Also I loved having a garage to parc my extra car. The staff is also very friendly. The bad - While living at Parc my water heater went out three times before they finally replaced it. Cold showers before work are not optimal.
