Lori is amazing! I love her. However…. Rent at your own risk. The good - The pool is quite nice, I made some lifelong friends out there. Also the internet was superb. The location is also nice and close to a lot. I walked to Publix often. Also I loved having a garage to parc my extra car. The staff is also very friendly. The bad - While living at Parc my water heater went out three times before they finally replaced it. Cold showers before work are not optimal. I have lived at P-P for about a year, after living in another rental not far from here. Lori went out of her way to ensure that I got the apartment I wanted. The complex is quiet and much better managed and maintained than my previous place. Great mix of people and families. I love it here and would recommend it to anyone.
