My experience at Parc at Opelika has been extremely disappointing. I have serious concerns about resident privacy, professionalism, and the inconsistent enforcement of community policies. During a civil court proceeding involving another tenant, testimony was given that Property Manager Melody and Sabrina disclosed my personal information to another resident, and that information was later used against me in the case. Absolute waste of money. I’ve been a tenant for 4 years. Don’t live here the management is a joke the doors don’t close, The toilets break constantly, the breaker box wasn’t correctly installed and smells of fire, the foundations already cracking, the bathtubs clog constantly and the unused toilets mold within a week. The management is so incompetent they can’t even prepare a lease agreement with 3 months warning. You will pay an asinine amount for absolutely garbage quality and you can find a house for less.
Very expensive for what you get. For ~$200/mo more, you could live closer to downtown in a newer, bigger, luxury apartment. I work remote. I had to rent an office in town because of the unaddressed noise levels and stench of Marijuana coming from other units and outside. Property is owned by a Texas private equity company that literally does not care about you, your health, or your rights to quiet enjoyment.
I absolutely love this place. Staff is great. Sabrina is always helpful and answers all my questions.
