Responding to The Parc: I did not arrive early for my scheduled move in, I arrived the day of my move which was clearly communicated with the office staff. I found out about the missing refrigerator the day I moved in, which was the date confirmed by your team. Furthermore, the apartment was not clean prior to move in. Lastly, why should I bring the breezeway being unkempt to your attention when the office staff walks the grounds frequently. As I mentioned, avoid this complex at all costs. Have lived her for two years and it has gone down hill since the maintenance man left 6-7 months due to new management . The grounds are not kept up, dog poop is everywhere, had to beg them to finally replace the street lights in the facility due to it being extremely dark at night. You will have to get with the “Managment” team as they almost always have attitudes. I regret resigning my lease and will not be renewing after my lease is up. I’d rather pay for The Taylor at least I can get amenities for the amount I’m paying.

Parc at Opelika Apartments is a wonderful place to live! The community is clean, well-maintained, and offers a peaceful atmosphere that truly feels like home. The location was convenient for work. There was a high management turnover, but the previous maintenance supervisor did great. Upon moving out, I have been in contact with the current onsite management and have not received a response despite multiple calls and emails. Understanding how the process works, it is frustrating to not receive any response in regards to a refund that has not been received and was processed over 3 months ago.

I would highly NOT recommend moving into this apartment complex. Management is extremely RUDE, unhelpful, and honestly acts like residents are an inconvenience. The whole area feels unsafe. There have been several break-ins, and at one point some random guy literally tried to get into MY apartment, which led to me calling the police. Anytime you bring up a concern, it gets ignored.
