The location was convenient for work. There was a high management turnover, but the previous maintenance supervisor did great. Upon moving out, I have been in contact with the current onsite management and have not received a response despite multiple calls and emails. Understanding how the process works, it is frustrating to not receive any response in regards to a refund that has not been received and was processed over 3 months ago.
I would highly NOT recommend moving into this apartment complex. Management is extremely RUDE, unhelpful, and honestly acts like residents are an inconvenience. The whole area feels unsafe. There have been several break-ins, and at one point some random guy literally tried to get into MY apartment, which led to me calling the police. Anytime you bring up a concern, it gets ignored. Stay away I currently live here...when I first moved in it was nice now they are prenting out to alot of people on government assistant to fill the apartments up... I have a felon that lives above me that is not on the lease and did not get a background check... but yet me and wife had to get one and most people do...stay away
Living here has been my worst apartment experience. The manager, Melody, is consistently rude and condescending, making it difficult to feel respected as a resident. Security is a real concern.There have been multiple car break-ins on the property. The apartments are extremely small and overpriced, and monthly rent charges are inconsistent, making budgeting stressful. If you’re considering moving here, read the lease carefully. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here.
The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Laura has been amazing—she’s incredibly kind and has gone above and beyond to help with everything.
