Apartment 9301 is seriously becoming a problem. Marijuana is illegal in the State of Texas and it's being smoked all day long causing other neighbors to have to smell it in their apartment. Also this is a "smoke free" complex. Management seriously needs to evict these people for violating their lease agreement. It's not fair to other renters.
If you love the smell of marijuana all day coming from apartment 9301 move in. Garland PD have been notified since the property is not doing anything about the drug offense. Which is a violation of the lease agreement. My newborn baby should not have to breathe this in everyday nor should anyone else. Also this is not "luxury apartments"
I have had a great experience living at Parc at garland over the past few months. Working with Carter was an absolute pleasure! I had a lot of questions, and Carter was incredibly patient, responsive, and knowledgeable about the apartments. She guided me through every step of the process and I have no doubt she will continue to do so. I truly appreciate her professionalism and highly recommend them to anyone looking to live here.
Love these apartments never had any issues living there for 2 years
