RecommendedIt has been so awesome living here! It is quiet, clean and safe! Management does a really good job at keeping communication with their residents even during the pandemic. The office staff is very friendly and professional! Our apartment is the perfect size for our family and even our dogs! Parc at 1695 is the best apartment complex we have ever lived in!

Awesome staff . Love the upgrades. And I give the bilingual customer service Nyleishka a 5 star in the service she explained everything in detail very nice young lady. Would recommend this place for sure.
