Very nice hotel i will come back here again. Location the staff are all very good
We reserved and paid for a junior suite with a Bay View -- view being a priority whenever we stay in San Francisco. When we arrived, our view was of (a) the other half of the hotel building and (b) countless rooftops of the city's commercial/industrial region. When we reached out, reception told us the hotel was full and did not have any Bay View rooms available. We don't know if our "Bay View" room was given to another guest (i.e., mismanagement), or whether this was false advertising (i.e., no junior suites have water view... read more
Terrible hotel. The bathroom tub leaked, security was rude, and they charged $7 for a machine coffee that I had to do myself and then had the audacity to ask for a tip! There was also a weird mildew smell
