The effort just can't be ignored when you enjoy what was not in the part of your deal but was provided to show the customer service. we were there for four nights with the family of four the the booking of one bedroom with two dubble beds in the room. somehow our bedroom of our category was not available for some internal reasons and to compensate our inconvenience, we were not only upgraded to the "Two King Beds Roomes" but also free buffuet breakfast for all four morning for the whole party. Great service and clean room, but location is not perfect. Lots of hostile homeless people that approach you close to the hotel, especially at night. Don't recommend walking around at night or with children.

Beautiful room, was even given a complimentary upgrade to skyview with Hilton Honors! We checked in later at night, quickly, efficiently, and staff was super friendly! Only note, I don't know if it was because it was later at night of it it's like this all the time, but we could only enter by the valet parking doors, all others around the building were locked for guests safety which is a plus in my mind. Beautiful restaurant, they have a breakfast buffet but it is $36 per person, if not they have a grab and go food section. ... read more

Not actually equipped for families of 5. Badly dated rooms. We booked this hotel specifically because it's a Hilton property and one of the few in the area advertised as accommodating a family of 5. Unfortunately, it fell short in a big way. The room's "sleep sofa" was in rough shape — clearly ancient, with mattress springs that had completely bottomed out.
