Requested a maintenance repair at 10:00 AM. On-site staff had repair completed 2 hours later. Paravel apartments continues to exceed all expectations with our apartment/home residence. Great place to live! Mariah and Nayely are very helpful and go the extra mile to make sure everything is in order. Both are very nice and listen to any questions or concerns brought to their attention. In addition, the amenities are a huge plus. They are always clean and well taken care of. I can’t stress enough how great the Paravel is!!
I love living in these apartments. The building is gorgeous, the amenities are incredible, and the staff… the staff, particularly mariah and nayely the leasing agents downstairs are so incredibly kind helpful and knowledgeable about their work. They work hard to create an amazing community to live in. They are ready to answer any questions or concerns I have. The location is amazing and everything is well kept. I would absolutely recommend living here, I’ll be here for a long time!

Gorgeous apartments in an impeccable location. However, I sent an inquiry (twice) about a specific unit and it took me actually calling (and the phone was picked up immediately, weird) to get just a basic answer. By the time they got around to sending me the simplest of details I needed, it was already well into the late afternoon and the very next morning, the price went up $200 after remaining the same for a week.
