Paravel has the most amazing team of anywhere in Minnesota. Nayely and Mariah have been the biggest joy to work with, they are so helpful, accommodating and kind. They made finding a dream unit so easy and seamless. The building and units are beautiful and amenities are useful and well kept. Thank you Paravel!

I have a wonderful time living in Paravel, the apartment, all the amenities , and especially the team were awesome! Nayely was super helpful with everything that we need it during our time and our move in/out. Will definitely recommend this apartments to anyone!
Great move-in experience, they have a great spot to pull up with the cars/u-hauls to unload/load. The unit was in great condition and the building is great with everything it has to offer. Glad we chose to move here! Office staff was helpful with the entire process and our Sunday tour leading up to this with Michelle was great!
The Paravel completed 2 levels of underground parking area cleaning. It looks new. Thank you, Chris, and welcome Luis to the Paravel staff.
