This was my first visit to this office, and I had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The office was well organized and there was almost no waiting time, which made the visit very comfortable. Dr. Fausto was very thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. Worst eye exam experience ever!
I would give her 0 stars if that was an option. She has MADE FUN of my dad’s limited language proficiency and refused to help him when he asked her the meaning of an English word he had trouble understanding. She also told him that, as a doctor, it is not her job to help him with translation! Unbelievable! Such an apathetic doctor! Making fun of a patient!!!!!!!!!!!!
